Azharul Jannah welcomes all sisters to attend the 3rd Hifdh Competition – Grand Finale, a special event celebrating the dedication, consistency, and love for the Qur’an shown by our students.

This competition marks an important milestone in the Hifdh journey of our learners. The participants are Azharul Jannah Hifdh students, who have worked diligently to strengthen their memorisation and connection with the Book of Allah.

We invite sisters to join us online to cheer for the students, support their efforts, and witness the beauty of Qur’anic memorisation.

Life Biography of Great Imam – Imam Shatibiyy رحمه الله

Azharul Jannah presents a special scholarly session exploring the life and legacy of

Imam Shatibi رحمه الله, one of the greatest authorities in the science of Qur’anic recitation.

Imam Abu Muhammad al-Qasim ibn Firruh al-Shatibi al-Andalusi (538–590 AH) was widely known as Sayyid al-Qurrāʾ (Leader of the Qur’an reciters). He remains one of the most eminent Imams of Qirāʾāt and the celebrated author of the timeless classical poem Ash-Shāṭibiyyah, a foundational text in the study of the seven canonical recitations of the Qur’an.

This session will highlight:

  • His life journey and devotion to the Qur’an

  • His scholarly contributions to the science of Qirāʾāt

  • The significance and impact of Ash-Shāṭibiyyah

  • Lessons for students of Qur’an and sacred knowledge
