Day 7: 30 Juz, 30 Habits
Day 7: Ramadan With Qur'an – 30 Juz, 30 Habits
Surah Al-Araf
The heart is the soil; if it is pure, everything else flourishes
وَالْبَلَدُ الطَّيِّبُ يَخْرُجُ نَبَاتُهُ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِ وَالَّذِي خَبُثَ لَا يَخْرُجُ إِلَّا نَكِدًا
And the good land produces its vegetation by the permission of its Lord; but that which is bad produces nothing except with difficulty.
(Surah Al-Araf 7:58 – Sahih International)
Surah Al-Araf reminds us that guidance reaches every heart, just as rain falls on all land. Yet only hearts that are humble and sincere allow faith to grow and flourish.
The Qur’an takes root where hearts are soft, forgiving, and open to Allah. When the heart is burdened with pride, resentment, or neglect, even good deeds feel heavy and fruitless.
A purified heart allows faith to grow naturally,
by the permission of Allah.
Habit – 7
Forgave someone to clear my heart,
so the Qur’an can take root within me.
A softened heart,
a conscious release,
and space made for guidance to grow.
