Day 4: 30 Juz, 30 Habits

Surah An-Nisa

The believer’s strength is measured by integrity in worship

وَإِذَا قَامُوا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَامُوا كُسَالَىٰ يُرَاءُونَ النَّاسَ وَلَا يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

And when they stand for prayer, they stand lazily, showing themselves to the people and not remembering Allah except a little.
(Surah An-Nisa 4:142 – Sahih International)

Surah An-Nisa reminds us that faith is not measured by appearance, but by sincerity. Allah warns against hollow worship , prayer done for people, not for Him.

This surah connects the outer structure of justice with the inner truth of faith. Just as Allah commands fairness, dignity, and responsibility in society, He calls us to purity and honesty in worship.

True strength lies in standing before Allah with mindfulness, humility, and truth. Worship without sincerity fades, but sincere hearts remain firm in His sight.

Integrity in prayer shapes integrity in life.

Habit – 4
Prayed each salah with conscious intention,
reminding myself that I stand before Allah alone.

Fixing our Salah is the biggest self -care
