Day 1: 30 Juz, 30 Habits

Surah Al-Fatihah

The journey begins with gratitude

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.
(Surah Al-Fatihah 1:5 – Sahih International)

Every journey to Allah begins with guidance.
And guidance begins with Alhamdulillah.

Surah Al-Fatihah teaches us to pause, praise Allah, and remind our hearts who we depend on. We recite it in every salah so our hearts learn, again and again, to worship Allah sincerely and rely on Him completely.

It is not just the opening of the Qur’an.
It is the opening of the heart.

Habit – 1
Started my day with Alhamdulillah
by reciting the dua after waking up.

A small beginning,
but a powerful reminder
that every new day is a gift from Allah.
